Many thanks for sharing this teaching with us. Very easy to follow and I
appreciate the analogies which help me to visualise what I am doing so that
I can remember what to do when I am away from You Tube! Thank you!

  4. Impact Athletics Association says:

Hello Dr Lam, Where would I find where your US schedule is? Specifically

    this regularly.

any additional training tips or information for me would be much
appreciated also do your workshops have camps where people can stay a while
in camp vacation style for advanced training.

  6. Jeromepsy001 says:

Dr. Lam, I don’t mean to be rude but have you used tai chi to earn money?
are you willing to teach for free? I am looking forward to meeting you in
    china but I’m flat broke.

  7. Bertrand Brown says:

  8. Raorkaa says:

Hello Dr Paul Lam I have a question about this program : My english
speaking is very bad, but I want buy your dvd “tai chi for beginners” for a
first time, in this DVD you have a subtitle in french language (I hope,
    because it’s more simple for understanding :) ) ? Thank’s a lot
Oh just second question :) where are you pratice your tai chi ?

  9. Paul Lam says:

Fingertalkin, please check with your doctor whether tai chi is suitable for
you. once your health professional approved i think my program can help,
naturally everyone is different, the only way to find out is to try it.
Give the program for three to six months (if possible go to one of the
classes by one of our certified instructors – you can find them on my
website) and let me know how you goes.

  10. fingertalkin says:

Are there any exercises in Tai Chi that can help with whiplash injuries,
shoulders and neck, I still have discomfort some 4 years after the
accident. Discomfort, I don’t like to use the word pain although its
similar to toothache. I have movement so I consider myself very lucky, I
    could of been paralysed.

  11. Paul Lam says:

Can you be more specific – give me the name of the form?

  12. waffletiem says:

at around 34:00 you bring your feet closer together before beginning the
exercise on the other leg. however, when I do this I tend to miss this step
out and go straight into the exercise with no pause. Is that wrong? It
feels natural to me, but I want to know if I am performing the action
    correctly. Thanks

  13. konahakid says:

This is a great video. I just got interested in Tai Chi from a professor at
a neighboring college. The college I attend does not offer anything like
Tai Chi so it’s nice to find something simple and accessible easily. I
    can’t wait to start!

  14. Paul Lam says:

Hi, I can’t put the link here, you can google me and my site will come up.

  15. Barbara altman says:

are listed there, both for me and my Master Trainers, all around the world!
