This movie was nothing more than a vanity project for Warren Beatty. It’s
so innacurate that it borders on comedy. The age/look of Beatty and Dunaway
is wrong (they were both too old to be playing these 24 year
old characters). Bonnie & Clyde didn’t use Thompsons, they primarily used
pistols, shotguns and a sawed off BAR (Browning Automatic Rifle). Also,
they were killed by shotguns, 1911 pistols and BAR’s (not Thompsons). Clyde
never even opened the car door (much less wandered around) and both Bonnie
& Clyde were killed where they sat. This film is more concerned with
dressing Beatty up in period costumes and making his hair (which is way too
long for the 1930′s btw) look good. The new 2013 Bonnie & Clyde is much
    more accurate.

You do know this movie doesn’t follow the EXACT story of bonnie and clyde
right? So what if they died different? It’s only a movie!

  3. Patrick Helm says:

    that’s illegal

  4. Gianni D'Anna says:

il finale magnifico, nella sua allucinata crudezza, di Bonnie and Clyde
(1967, Gangster story il titolo italiano)

  5. Appolo Geticks says:

Today, these cops would be imprisoned for murder.

  6. SueMorphPlus2009 says:

What’s funny is how they parody this is FO NV with the town of Primm.

  7. Presley Witt says:

great movie i have to say and a fan to it. They died in love and they died
    together.

  8. G Dogg says:

In France, the euphemism for orgasm (la petite mort) means “little death.”
    Wow.

Bonnie and Clyde will be remembered forever, the names of the murderous
pigs they put under, were forgotten before their bodies hit the ground.
    R.I.P. Bonnie and Clyde.

  13. lease2coach1 says:

    Are they hurt?

  14. Ken Saunders says:

Well done but Hollywood knew that Clyde never got out of the car. So why do
they always deviate from the real story. Same as in the movie Hoffa. The
ending never happened the way it did in film. I say make it,and make it
    right.

  15. daniel seddon says:

They were not Thompson sub machine guns. Clyde loved his BAR’s ( browning
automatic rifles ). So the posse of 6 agents and cops that were hunting
them for months got the same firepower. RIP

Well, I guess I don’t need to watch this movie now.

  17. milkwhitedark says:

Revenge my dear. They were after them a while and wanted to fill something
    when they finally killed them.

  18. shasta evangeline says:

YES. Bonnie, 4’11″ and 92 pounds, at her death, had been shot 122 times by
herself. Bullets shattered her jawbone. OH , AND BY THE WAY….she was
    pregnant.

  19. TheRockyCrowe says:

why would people think he’s gay??? O.o I’m not a dude but…… With a girl
like that…..traveling with her all the time…I’m pretty sure they were
banging each others brains out in that Ford V8……EVERY…NIGHT.

  23. Nathan Hazlett says:

They weren’t ‘just bank robbers’ they killed at least 9 people- including
civilians this film romanticised them but Bonnie and Clyde were no angels!

  24. Michael Joesph says:

I think it’s more like making fun of them.

  25. AerdnaL says:

I’m not going to explain your country’s history to you (seriously what do
they teach in american schools?) but i will throw you a bone. Cause and
effect. Tarriffs and declining trade, along with the great oklahoma
dustbolw effect, marginalized by government tax impositions and failure to
regulate commisions like lending and borrowing. the way the government
operated was to allow banks to become privatized, and then turn the screws
to them. Most little banks were independant and went bankrupt too
